It's weird. I'm not wearing all black?
At work, when the spring season starts to roll in, black gets pushed to a minimum.
This is by far the biggest struggle I face with spring/summer.
So lately I've been playing around with the random colorful pieces in my closet and have definitely struggled.
With this, I've decided that I'm gonna stick to basic colors this season and i might pop with a bright top layered under? Who knows! haha.
Chances are, once I stock up on brighter clothes, it'll change, but until that happens i might just hide in my basic outfits haha.

As for your neon/pastel situation - I have no idea how I'd style that chiffon button up but maybe try layering it under this chiffon tee? I'm not sure. Make a post about it!
